FlowShell Bench

This is a parametric bench characterized by its seamless, flowing geometry and continuous curved form. Inspired by organic surfaces and fluid movement, the design seamlessly transitions from a hollow cylindrical base to a flat seating surface, creating a visually light yet structurally sound piece. The bench is made from evenly spaced wooden bars (slats) that form a layered structure that follows the curvature of the design. This construction method enhances both visual rhythm and structural integrity, while emphasizing the natural wood grains on the surface.
