Math nodes for the BeeGraphy Editor provide a comprehensive toolkit for numeric operations, Boolean logic, trig functions, and mathematical constants directly inside your parametric graphs. Whether you are driving dimensions, filtering lists, or building expression-like logic, this package gives you the arithmetic backbone for generative and procedural modeling.
The Operators group covers everyday arithmetic and comparisons. Use Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division for basic calculations, or switch to Integer Division and Modulus when you need quotient/remainder logic for patterns and indexing. Nodes like Power, Square Root, Cube Root, Factorial, Round, Round To Decimal Place, Round To Factor, Ceil, Floor, Trunc, Absolute, and Sign help shape numeric values into clean, predictable ranges.
For working with multiple values, Mass Addition, Minimum Bounds, Maximum Bounds, Minimum, Maximum, Larger, Smaller, and Equality compare or accumulate numbers. Boolean logic is covered by Gate And-Or, Gate Xor-Xnor, Gate Not, Gate Nand-Nor, and Gate Majority, making it easy to build conditional behavior without visual scripting.
The Trigonometric group supplies both circular and hyperbolic functions. Sine, Cosine, and Tangent are the foundation for oscillations, rotations, and wave-like transformations, while ArcSine, ArcCosine, ArcTangent, and ArcTangent2 invert those relationships. For nonlinear or structural curves, SineH, CosineH, TangentH, ArcSineH, ArcCosineH, and ArcTangentH provide hyperbolic alternatives that can model catenary curves or smooth easing.
The Tools group converts between representations and performs aggregate calculations. DegToRad and RadToDeg bridge angle units, while StringToNumber, NumberToString, Boolean Converter, and Boolean To Number let values flow between text, numeric, and Boolean contexts. Use Average, Hypot, Logarithm, Log1p, Logarithm2, Log10, Exponential, Expm1, and Opposite for summaries, distance-like calculations, log/exp scaling, and sign inversion within a graph.
The Constants group exposes common mathematical constants as fixed-value nodes. PI drives circular geometry; E supports exponential growth; LN2, LN10, LOG2E, LOG10E, SQRT1_2, SQRT2, and SQRT3 are ready-made roots and logarithmic factors for precise formulas without extra calculation steps.
A parametric wheel pattern can start with PI connected to Division to get a per-spoke angle, then feed that angle into Sine and Cosine with a Multiplication-scaled radius. The resulting x and y values drive point placement, while Round To Factor keeps the spoke count clean.
For a threshold-driven detail, connect a Length or numeric parameter into Larger and Equality nodes. Their Boolean outputs link to Gate And-Or to enable or suppress a feature based on two conditions.
A number-sequence panel can begin with Mass Addition over a list to produce a cumulative total, then use Division and Floor to turn that total into row and column indices, finally pair with Boolean To Number to switch element visibility.
The docs describe the latest version, v2.1.16.
