Unlike Orient, no source plane is required: it is taken automatically from the part's own placement location (baked by Promote To Placement Part and kept in sync by transforms), or the world XY plane when the part has no placement. The placement transform is applied as-is, so reflected placements (e.g. from Mirror) are handled correctly. On the output port, you will get the oriented geometry.
