Creation method

There are two options for creating a UV Mapping node.

  • The first way to create a UV Mapping node is using the search list, which is opened by double left-clicking in the workspace. You can write the name of the node you need or words associated with this node.
    • text , string
  • The second way is to select a UV Mapping node from the menu that opens from the top left.
    • Menu > Input > UV Mapping

Steps

  • Create a UV Mapping node.
  • Adjust the "Offset" values to move the texture around on your object.
  • Use the "Repeat" values to duplicate the texture multiple times across the object's surface.
  • Adjust the "Center" values to move the center point of the texture to a different location on the object's surface.
  • Use the "Rotation" value to rotate the texture on the object's surface.

Adjust the "Offset" values to move the texture around on your object. The "Offset" values determine the starting point of the texture on the object's surface. Use the "Repeat" values to duplicate the texture multiple times across the object's surface. The "Repeat" values determine how many times the texture is repeated across the surface in both the U and V directions. Adjust the "Center" values to move the center point of the texture to a different location on the object's surface. Use the "Rotation" value to rotate the texture on the object's surface. The "Rotation" value is measured in degrees and rotates the texture around the center of the object.
