Creation method

There are two options for creating a Line By 2Plane node.

  • The first way to create a Line By 2Plane node is using the search list, which is opened by double left-clicking in the workspace. You can write the name of the node you need or words associated with this node.
    • line , line2Pln
  • The second way is to select a Line By 2Plane node from the menu that opens from the top left.
    • Menu > Tool > Primitive curves > Line By 2Plane

Steps

  • Create a Line By 2Plane node.
  • Connect the guide line to the first port.
  • Connect the first point to project onto the guide to the second port.
  • Connect the second point to project onto the guide to the third port.

After creating the node, connect the guide line to the first port, the first plane to intersect with the guide to the second port, and the second point to project onto the guide to the third port. On the output port, you will receive the resulting line between two points.
