Creation method

There are two options for creating an Orient node.

  • The first way to create an Orient node using the search list, which is opened by double left-clicking in the workspace. You can write the name of the node you need, or words associated with this node.
    • or , move , planeToPlane
  • The second way is to select an Orient node from the menu that opens from the top left.
    • Menu > Tool > Transform > Orient

Steps

  • Create an Orient node.
  • Connect the base geometry you want to remap from one axis system to another to the first port.
  • Connect the initial plane from which you want to remap to the second port.
  • Connect the final plane to which you want to remap to the third port.

After creating a node, connect the base geometry you want to remap from one axis system to another to the first port. To the second port, you need to connect the initial plane from which you want to remap. The final plane to which you want to remap to the third port. On the output port, you will get the oriented geometry.
