Creation method

There are two options for creating Shear node.

  • The first way to create Shear node using the search list, which is opened by double left-clicking in the workspace. You can write the name of the node you need, or words associated with this node.
    • shear
  • The second way is to select Shear node from the menu that opens from the top left.
    • Menu > Tool > Transform > Shear

Steps

  • Create Shear node.
  • Connect to the first port the geometry you want to shear.
  • Connect the reference point to the second port.
  • Connect to the third port a target point.

After creating the node, connect to the first port the geometry that needs to be sheared. You need to connect the reference point to the second port. To the third port connect the target point. On the output port, you will get the sheared geometry.
