Endless Column (Fractal Edition)

Note: Turn off metal wire thickness for optimal performance when adjusting parameters. Inward side length should be set lower than outward side length.

This work is a reimagined version of the Endless Column created by famous Romanian sculptor Constantin Brâncuși.

Similarly to how the original column aims to represent infinity through the theoretically infinitely stackable modules, this version expands the theme of the infinite by suggesting a fractal pattern across columns of different materiality that fit inside each other. The steel wires, glass pieces and brass masses leave to the imagination what might follow inward or outward.
